The refund policy of the company is as follows:
- When placing an order with PaperMatic, students agree with all the terms and conditions mentioned.
- All refund claims may NOT be entitled to 100% Money back. Terms and conditions apply.
- Refunds must be claimed within 60 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be issued after reviewing the results received by students.
- Students cannot claim refunds on urgent orders.
- Students cannot claim a refund if an order is placed with the deadline of 48 hours or less.
- Full refunds will not be offered on dissertation orders with the deadline of 10 days or less.
- Partial refunds will be issued to those who have availed the revision and rewrite before submitting their papers; if a customer has submitted his paper without any revision request, it will be deemed as satisfactory and hence NO REFUNDS will be issued.
